If you are having trouble with the email verification process after you've signed up as a member, please follow the instructions below.
1. First, check that you are signed up as a member from the
2. If your email address has already been used for a member sign-up, it will show that your email is already used (duplicate).
3. If the email address is valid to use for sign-up, you will see a screen that will prompt the user for password input.
4. If you are not a member yet, you can proceed with the member sign-up.
5. If you have already signed-up as a member, you can try changing the password.
