# 트러블 슈팅 가이드 (안드로이드폰 블루투스 연결 오류)

## 블루투스 연결 오류 해결 방법 <a href="#how-to-solve-issues-relating-to-bluetooth-connection-errors" id="how-to-solve-issues-relating-to-bluetooth-connection-errors"></a>

휴대폰과 하드웨어 지갑을 원활하게 연결하여 사용하려면 다음을 확인하세요:

**1)** 안드로이드 폰에서 **블루투스 설정이 켜져 있는지 확인**해 주세&#xC694;**.** 블루투스를 켜는 방법이 궁금하다면 [**여기**](https://userguide.dcentwallet.com/kr/biometric-wallet/android-connect/android-bluetooth-menu)를 참고해 주세요.

**2)** 지문인증형 지갑과 디센트 앱을 사용할 때 디센트 앱이 **지문인증형 모드**로 선택되어 있는지 확인해 주세요.

### 안드로이드 블루투스 설정 초기화 <a href="#reset-android-bluetooth-settings" id="reset-android-bluetooth-settings"></a>

이전에 정상적으로 연결되었으나 이후 갑자기 연결되지 않는 경우 혹은 휴대폰 교체 후 디센트 앱의 "장비 찾기" 팝업에서 지문인증형 지갑이 검색되지 않는 경우 **블루투스 설정을 초기화** 하여 문제를 해결할 수 있습니다.

**설정 초기화 시 연결했던 블루투스, 와이파이 등 연결 기록이 모두 삭제되어 재등록이 필요합니다.**

**1)** 휴대폰 설정으로 이동하기

**2) "일반"** 선택

**3)** **"초기화"** 선택

**4) "Wi-Fi 및 블루투스 설정 초기화"** 선택

**5) "설정 초기화"** 버튼 클릭
